Momentum Program at FMCC

Are you aged 27 or older with autism or other learning differences? Do you want support with building your academic skills, life skills and independence? Then the Momentum Program, held at Fulton-Montgomery
Community College (FMCC) in Johnstown, NY, is for you!

Momentum is a program of Transitions, a comprehensive transitional program for teens and young adults who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD or other intellectual or developmental disabilities. Transitions is extending its reach with Momentum to support adult learners interested in help with their next steps. Held on the FMCC campus, Momentum’s core curriculum covers social skills, health and wellness, independent life, self-management, self-advocacy and leadership.
