Community College (FMCC) in Johnstown, NY, is for you!
Momentum is a program of Transitions, a comprehensive transitional program for teens and young adults who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD or other intellectual or developmental disabilities. Transitions is extending its reach with Momentum to support adult learners interested in help with their next steps. Held on the FMCC campus, Momentum’s core curriculum covers social skills, health and wellness, independent life, self-management, self-advocacy and leadership.
