About Our Locations

Each of our Transitions programs helps young adults on the autism spectrum or with learning differences combine classroom learning, professional mentorship, and hands-on workplace experiences tailored to each students’ specific career goals.

Our three locations are located in safe and comfortable community settings in upstate New York, offering students residential and commuter options, and specialized staff that are passionate about each student’s personal success. When choosing a Transitions location, families are encouraged to speak with our team to help determine which location may provide the best fit.
